Our Process

long lasting products start with us

Our first step is to select the appropriate plastic materials based on the specific application requirements and performance characteristics for the intended outcome or end product. This step includes selecting various base resins, additives, fillers, and reinforcements to ensure the integrity of each pellet.

mixing, blending & modifications

The selected materials are then mixed and blended together using our specialized equipment. Twin-screw extruders ensure proper dispersion and distribution of additives and fillers to achieve maximum consistency throughout our products.

Materials may be modified during the mixing process to achieve specific performance characteristics. For instance, certain products require increased strength, stiffness, flexibility, heat or impact resistance, and this can be done by adding specialized additives, such as flame retardants, UV stabilizers, and processing aids.

Compounding is done by extrusion, where the hopper feeds the screw which gradually transports the resin towards the die.

Co-kneaders, twin screws and internal mixers continue the compounding process.

This process produces long plastic strands which are then cooled on a conveyer towards the granulator. The granulator then breaks the strands into desired pellet sizes.

quality is everything

The final step in our process is quality control. Throughout the compounding process quality control measures have been taken to ensure the final product meets all desired specifications and performance requirements.

This is achieved through materials testing, physical and mechanical property analysis, and product performance testing.
